Upon entry, your eyes are drawn to the signature matching French Birdcage chairs, adding a touch of Parisian flair, while the walls are adorned with iconic Florence Broadhurst wallpaper, an Australian design masterpiece known for its bold patterns and timeless appeal. The soft furnishings echo this artistic spirit, wrapping the space in warmth and sophistication. At its heart lies the luxurious Super King bed, which can be converted into a twin configuration for added flexibility, making it ideal for couples or friends travelling together. The ensuite bathroom is equally impressive, featuring modern design with generous proportions, offering both comfort and style in equal measure.

The Orange Blossom Bathroom at Riad Botanica is a vibrant celebration of nature's elegance. Reflecting the essence of orange blossoms, the room features a stunning palette of orange, gold and soft pink hues set against a bright, authentic orange tadelakt walls. These natural elements pair beautifully with luxurious marble surfaces in the shower and on the floating vanity, exuding timeless sophistication. The room boasts high ceilings that enhance its spaciousness, while brass fixtures and fittings add a touch of warmth and opulence. This serene sanctuary harmonises vibrant colours, natural materials, and exquisite details, embodying the fragrant charm and warmth of an orange grove in full bloom.

It has a great location very close to all the attractions, souks, gardens etc - but it offers a quiet and restful haven from the hustle and bustle.  

The owners Mohamed and Angela are warm and welcoming - and beyond helpful - we got lost and Mohamed came to meet us at midnight 

Mohamed arranged everything for us including trips to the mountains, transfers - he couldn’t have been more helpful and kind

					  I am sure that when you see pictures of the courtyard of this Riad you will fall in love with this location. That's what happened to me. But it is... read more not only the central area with that centenary orange tree the only thing to highlight of this space. 

I have been several times in Marrakech and the area where Riad Botanica is located is perfect. Many of the interesting things that Marrakech has to offer are a stone's throw from this Riad and this is a detail to take into account. 

The decoration of the rooms is a delightful mix of Moroccan and Australian art deco styles. The owners are an Australian-Moroccan couple, Angela and Mohamed. Mohamed will explain with a map the main places to visit if this is your first time in Marrakech and makes sure you will not miss anything during your stay. He helped me by also suggesting me different transportation possibilities for the destinations in Morocco where I wanted to go on this trip. 

The bed in my room was super comfortable and the lamps cast a super special light in the room, making it very cozy. The shower is wonderful, with lots of pressure, just the way I like it, and in the bathroom you have candles and scent sticks. 

Coming back from touring the area, I tried some delicious snacks on the rooftop of the Riad right at the golden hour in Marrakech. The sky suddenly transformed during sunset leaving a very special atmosphere with spectacular colors. The next day, I had breakfast on the same rooftop and it was epic. Don't look any further. If in your search or through recommendations you have stumbled upon Riad Botanica, do yourself a favor and book it, it will not leave you indifferent!

As for the decoration and aesthetics, it is one of those places where you can clearly see that there is a lot of love and attention to detail in every corner of the space. And as for the service, the owners understand perfectly the meaning of the term hospitality elevated to the maximum expression, congratulations for that!
