There is so much to say about this beautiful and cozy riad! Every detail of every room (and common areas) is absolutely impeccable and well-thought out, down to the smell. It is located on a quiet street just outside of the souks, within perfect walking distance to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square and all the main "attractions". Upon arrival from the airport via a car arranged by the riad's staff, we were welcomed by Mustapha who quite literally could not have been any more helpful. He brought us some delicious Moroccan tea, gave us a map of the Medina and surrounding areas, and patiently explained how to get around, where to dine and what to see. Neither my mom nor I have ever visited Marrakech before, and we agreed that Mustapha's recommendations were spot on and allowed us to feel like we did SO much in just 4 short days. Each morning, we enjoyed a quiet breakfast on the rooftop, with offerings that beat those of 5-star resorts. The tea, fresh fruit, and variety of pastries (different each day) were the perfect fuel for our busy days of exploring. All of the staff we encountered during our stay were extremely pleasant and attentive. On our second to last day, we had the pleasure of meeting Angela and Mohamed - the owners of the riad - who were both incredibly sweet and welcoming. It is easy to see that they really care about their guests' experience and comfort, and that everyone they employ is genuinely happy to be there and happy to help curate an unforgettable experience. J'ai eu une expérience exceptionnelle au Riad grâce à Mostapha. Son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et son sourire ont rendu mon séjour inoubliable. Les chambres étaient impeccables, spacieuses et confortables, avec une superbe touche de l'architecture marocaine. Le Riad lui-même était magnifique, authentique et richement coloré. We stayed in 3 riads and this was our absolute favorite. Mustafa was our host for the days we were there and he was an absolute gem. We were dropped off by our taxi in total chaos trying to find our way by google maps to the riad and struggling with our bags, and as soon as we arrived, Mustafa welcomed us with his calming presence into the serenity of Riad Botanica. He set up our Wi-Fi, served us tea, and told us to listen to the birds and relax. His hospitality and customer service are unmatched! He then gave us a map of the city and a 30 minute walk through of where we should go, how we should get there, where we should eat, what we have to see. He told us how to deal with fake guides and gave us reassurances that we could navigate on our own. He’s funny, kind, personable, and so helpful. Amin was also amazing. He was so kind and attentive. We woke him up at 5 am after we didn’t tell him we needed to leave early for an excursion and he let us out of the Riad with a smile on his face assuring us he didn’t mind. Besides the wonderful people that made our experience special, the Riad was beautiful, the breakfast was amazing, the terrace was lovely, and the location was perfect. My partner and I came to celebrate my birthday and Riad Botanical was more than wonderful. A truly luxurious experience!

From the effortlessly stylish rooms, comfortable beds, to the amazing hosts who make you feel so at home - the Riad exceeded all our expectations. We arrived late from the airport around midnight yet Mohammed picked us up to bring us to the Riad to ensure we wouldn’t get lost. Above all, he even helped us validate our excursions & checked in with our tour guide. He goes above and beyond!

Breakfast is served at the rooftop every morning, with numerous Moroccan delicacies & freshly pressed orange juice.

Location can’t be beaten, you are a walk away from shops & the heart of Medina.

You know from the photos that this place is ultra stylish and lovely, but it’s hard to describe the way you will feel when you enter. The beauty of the bright and clean environment, pleasant sounds of the birds, the fresh light smell of orange blossom and the warmth of the hosts will overwhelm you with joy! It is truly an oasis! We felt so well cared for by Mohammad. He floats around effortlessly assisting his guests with any need or desire they might have. The food was fabulous and I’m currently working to recreate some of the dishes at home. The location was ideal and we could run out and shop at very cool shops just down the street in between our activities (gardens, hammam, restaurants…) i was with my daughter and 2 of our friends and the room with a queen bed and bunk beds was spacious and beyond comfortable. I can’t wait to return!
